Born with purpose.

Since the beginning, Purposely’s story has always been about volunteering and doing social good. In 2018, Purposely began as a volunteer management platform allowing nonprofits to organize their events and schedule volunteers. It became a platform used by more than 800 volunteers and over 50 nonprofit organizations from across Canada, including the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) Canada. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we modified our platform to help facilitate mutual aid (or also known as ‘caremongering’) efforts within communities, at no-cost.

Today, we are building a CSR platform to encourage volunteering in workplaces. Two years later, we are still dedicated to volunteering and doing social good, and continue to innovate to help people live with purpose. Meet the people behind Purposely.
